2022年-2023年CFA L1與L3考綱變動(dòng)公布
2023年CFA二級(jí)考綱暫未公布，CFA三級(jí)考綱無(wú)變動(dòng)，與2022年考綱保持一致。2023年CFA一級(jí)定量分析、財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表分析、 權(quán)益、固定收益、職業(yè)倫理考綱無(wú)變化。
經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)：經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)2023年考綱新增加1個(gè)reading，內(nèi)容為地緣政治相關(guān)。
新增內(nèi)容：Geopolitics
The candidate should be able to:
describe geopolitics from a cooperation versus competition perspective.
describe geopolitics and its relationship with globalization.
describe tools of geopolitics and their impact on regions and economies.
describe geopolitical risk and its impact on investments.
公司發(fā)行人：公司發(fā)行人2023年考綱變動(dòng)較大。
1. 新增2個(gè)Reading，分別為Corporate Structures and Ownership公司結(jié)構(gòu)和Business Models & Risks所有權(quán)、商業(yè)模 型和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
Corporate Structures and Ownership
The candidate should be able to:
compare business structures and describe key features of corporate issuers.
compare public and private companies.
compare the financial claims and motivations of lenders and owners
Business Models & Risks
The candidate should be able to:
Describe key features and types of business models.
Describe expected relations between a company’s external environment, business model, and financing needs.
Explain and classify types of business and financial risks for a company
2. Uses Of Capital更改為Capital Investments，并增加了關(guān)于資本項(xiàng)目分類的相關(guān)內(nèi)容：
describe types of capital investments made by companies.
3. Sources of Capital更改為Working Capital & Liquidity，增加了關(guān)于營(yíng)運(yùn)資本、流動(dòng)性和短期融資需求之間關(guān)系相 關(guān)內(nèi)容：
explain expected relations between working capital, liquidity, and short-term funding needs (NEW).
4. Introduction To Corporate Governance And Other ESG Considerations 部分考綱進(jìn)行調(diào)整，考綱中未闡述關(guān)于 Corporate Governance，functions and responsibilities of BOD and its committees等部分內(nèi)容要求。
衍生品：衍生品2023年考綱變動(dòng)主要為內(nèi)容順序的調(diào)整，主體內(nèi)容沒(méi)有大幅的增減，將部分二級(jí)內(nèi)容移到一級(jí)。
如：describe how swap contracts are similar to but different from a series of forward contracts
加重對(duì)于swap合約考察。
另類投資：另類投資2023年考綱無(wú)變化，只是把2022年考綱中的explain investment characteristics of private capital拆分成了 explain investment characteristics of private equity 和 explain investment characteristics of private debt。無(wú)本質(zhì)區(qū)別，對(duì)考試無(wú)影響。
投資組合管理：投資組合管理2023年考綱變動(dòng)為內(nèi)容的部分更新。
1. 組合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和收益Part I：更新content added to support risk management for international investment with currency risk。
更新國(guó)際投資中的貨幣風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理內(nèi)容。
2. Fintech in investment management中更新：updated contend to reflect recent evolution in decentralized finance（DeFi） and block chain.
更新了Fintech這一章節(jié)去中心化金融和區(qū)塊鏈的最新發(fā)展。
