很多人對CFA一級的經(jīng)濟學知識點容易忽略，比如CFA一級經(jīng)濟學考點：拍賣的基本概念。

1、Common value auction VS Private auction

Common value auction:拍賣商品對每一個bidder都具有相同的價值。

Private auction：拍賣商品對每一個bidder都具有不同的潛在價值。

2、Common type of auctions

Ascending price auction :拍賣人先以一個保留價格起拍，出價的人獲得這件商品。

3、Winner’s curse:bid more than the ultimate value of the asset for common goods 。

Sealed bid auction :每一個bidder將出價記錄在一張紙上，并密封在信封中，which is unknown to other bidders 。

The optimal bid for the bidder with the highest reservation price .

reservation price :密封拍賣中存在保留價格，若所有出價都低于這個保留價格，那么商品將不屬于任何bidder 。

second price sealed bid auction (Vickrey auction):Vickrey 拍賣類似于密封拍賣，但卻有一個關鍵性差異：商品由出價的投標者獲得，但卻只需按第二高的出價支付。

Descending price auction (Dutch auction):拍賣人先以一個較高價格起拍，然后逐步降低價格，知道某個投標人愿意接受這個價格為止。
