同學你好。2024年考綱對于巴塞爾協議的要求有三點：
1. Summarize the Basel committee regulations for regulatory capital and their motivations.
2. Describe the standardized measurement approach and explain the reasons for its introduction by the Basel Committee.
3. Describe the Basel stress testing principles for banks regarding the implementation of stress testing.
從考試的角度來說，了解巴塞爾協議的發(fā)展進程（見下圖），知道監(jiān)管資本金計算的邏輯，了解為什么巴塞爾協議引入了standardized measurement approach（主要是因為advanced measurement approach即便是相似的銀行也能算出截然不同的結果，一致性太差），以及了解巴塞爾協議提出的stress testing principles（自估值與風險模型基礎課課件第281頁開始）即可。
