2025-08-01 10:13最后一個(gè)問題。他這個(gè)題目，說的ipo到底是之lc公司所投資的項(xiàng)目的ipo還是lc公司自己的ipo呀？看答案寫的Volatility can affect the valuation of LC's portfolio companies before they are sold,。。。。既然是portfolio companies那我理解應(yīng)該是lc所投資的那些公司，但是后面又問Identify the potential effects of market volatility on LC's founders if it executes an IPO exit strategy。。。這里面提到 on LC's founders，lc的股東受到什么影響？那看起來又應(yīng)該說的是lc自己的ipo。。。到底怎么回事？搞糊涂了

同學(xué)你好，是LC公司所投資項(xiàng)目的IPO。LC公司自己是有謠言被其他大公司收購（和IPO沒關(guān)系）。
答案寫的Volatility can affect the valuation of LC's portfolio companies before they are sold,。。。。既然是portfolio companies那我理解應(yīng)該是lc所投資的那些公司【這個(gè)沒有問題的】，但是后面又問Identify the potential effects of market volatility on LC's founders if it executes an IPO exit strategy。。。這里面提到 on LC's founders，lc的股東受到什么影響？【LC founder是因?yàn)樗麄冊(cè)谕顿Yportfolio company的時(shí)候投資比例比較大，所以這些被投資企業(yè)IPO的話他們的股權(quán)就會(huì)有鎖定期，我個(gè)人傾向于理解為這家公司的很多被投資企業(yè)是公司創(chuàng)始股東自己投資的】
