2020-01-15 20:13有關(guān)compensation arrangement。 1）為什么如果客戶offer bonus that depends on the future performance,需要提前和雇主說 但是2）如果bonus based on accounts’s past performance , the gift requires disclosure to the employee to comply with independent and objectivity. 都已經(jīng)是是事后的獎勵？為什么還有objectivity的關(guān)系呢？ 謝謝

1，因為如果客戶事前承諾了專業(yè)人員，如果達(dá)成多少的業(yè)績，就給什么好處，會造成專業(yè)人員可能為了獲得這個好處，而偏好這個用戶的，所以有利益沖突。
2，就算是事后的好處，也要披露，因為雇主要評估，明年你有沒有可能為了獲得類似的好處而故意偏向這個客戶。
