同學你好，
留存收益是指留存在企業(yè)中的凈利潤。這部分留存收益其實是屬于股東的，股東為了公司的發(fā)展把這部分錢又投入公司，所以cost of retained earning 就是cost of equity.
rate of return required by stockholder是股東要求回報率，這部分回報中包括股息和紅利，因為股息和紅利也是分給股東的
