If the first payment is due in one month, the monthly payment is closest to? 第二題：Given a stated annual interest rate of 6% compounded quarterly, the level amount that, deposited quarterly, will grow to $25,000 at the end of 10 years is closest to? 好像都是一個(gè)概念的題 都不知道具體做法是什么，麻煩老師解答一下。謝謝！

一輛以20萬(wàn)美元購(gòu)買的跑車，以每年年化利率為6%，進(jìn)行月復(fù)利率，融資期為5年。
如果第一次付款是在這個(gè)月末到期，那么每月付款額最接近多少？
在END模式下，F(xiàn)V=0，PV=200,000，N=5x12，I/Y=6/12，CPT PMT=3,866.56
因?yàn)榈谝还P現(xiàn)金流發(fā)生在第一期（一個(gè)月為一期）末，所以是普通/后付年金的模式。
第二題是類似的，麻煩你自己抽空咬咬牙做一下，做對(duì)了會(huì)非常棒，掌握程度也會(huì)高一點(diǎn)，如果有問題可以拍照來和我交流。
