這句話的意思是說公司在有資金定期可用時償還其借款，此時在需要時借入資金，可以達到規(guī)定的最高金額。
所以說明這是可以循環(huán)借款的。是B選項的特征哦~

重點是不會有repay后可以達到最高額度的說明。
