同學你好，equity monetization是對過度集中的public equity position進行分散化的一種方法，他有兩個步驟
第一步是投資者對沖過于集中頭寸所固有的大部分風險。對沖策略包括：賣空證券（sell the security short），賣出遠期合約（sell a forward contract），簽訂股權(quán)總回報互換（enter into a total return equity swap），零成本領(lǐng)式期權(quán)策略（zero-cost (cashless) collar，即long stock，long put，short call）
第二步是投資者使用被對沖后的頭寸進行借貸（對沖了風險之后，可以借到更多的錢，因此LTV更高）
