同學你好。這里意思表達不是那么清晰，可以不用記這個英文表述。New shares price就是當前市場上面的股票價格。買一個可轉(zhuǎn)債行權(quán)，你將獲得股票，這個股票的價格就是當前市場上股票的價格。買可轉(zhuǎn)債的利潤為當前市場股票價格（current price）減去可轉(zhuǎn)債的轉(zhuǎn)換價格（conversion price）。
做空股票的盈利，等于做空價格（short sell price）減去當前市場上股票的價格（current price），這里會出現(xiàn)英文表述意思不一樣的情況，因此不建議看英文解釋，而是通過原理來做題。
